Get ready to experience our new “Pranzo Espresso” Lunch menu, brimming with exquisite flavours and authentic Italian dishes Wednesday – Friday & Sunday.

Prepare your taste buds for an array of tantalizing options, including the traditional Italian Soup, “Zuppa del giorno”, and the irresistible “Sarde in saor”, featuring crispy fried sardines. For $25, you can savour a delightful selection of Sarino’s handmade pasta dishes. Indulge in our signature Buffalo Ricotta & Mozzarella Ravioli, served with a delectable burnt butter and sage sauce, or opt in for the Spaghetti alla chitarra with garlic prawns, cherry tomato, basil pesto, lemon and pangrattato.

In addition to these culinary delights, Chicken Scallopini, and Crispy Skin Barramundi are added to the menu for only $30. And of course, our famous desserts await you, including Sarino’s Signature TiramisuVanilla Bean Pannacotta, and the heavenly Crema Catalina.

Suckling Pig Experience

Sarino’s Whole Roasted Suckling Pig 

Traditionally enjoyed on special occasions nothing turns heads like the fragrant smell of a whole juicy suckling pig infused with garlic and fresh herbs. Carved tableside by your chef and served with all the trimmings this experience is perfect for special occasions.

Whole suckling pig encrusted with salt to create the perfect crackling.

Including;

  • Freshly baked rosetta rolls, with clarified butter candles
  • Honey glazed Dutch carrots, walnut crumb
  • Steamed greens with preserved lemon and garlic
  • Duck-fat potatoes, rosemary
  • Salad of radicchio, orange, fennel caramelized almonds and buffalo ricotta
  • Selection of accompaniments

Pricing:

  • $800 for 4-6kg (suitable for up to 8 guests)
  • $1,100 for 10-12kg (suitable for up to 12 guests)
